In 2014, Winterial was created in Chico, California, by a group of adventure seeking individuals equally as passionate about the outdoors as you are. Our mission from day one has been to foster the growth of the outdoor industry.

FounderGrowing up surrounded by the outdoors, Eli had an early passion for adventure and exploring. His goal was to bridge the gap between cheap and expensive brands. As there are many benefits to getting outdoors, spending time with friends and family is where the true excitement lives. Eli often says “The best trips are the ones with no cell phone service where you can truly disconnect.”

Adam Acrich
Operations OfficerAdam’s experience in operations has Propelled Winterial to where it is today by leading teams to meet their strategic goals. Also an avid outdoorsmen, Adam’s passion to excel the outdoor industry has been key to the success.
Matt Jayne
Creative DirectorMatt is the guy that makes everything look good! His creative bandwidth spawned the Winterial logo, product development and site content.
Trevor Bona
Brand AmbassadorTrevor was Winterial’s first brand ambassador, pioneering the lifestyle of Winterial. He has been influential in pushing the brand where it is today with his stunning imagery.

Culture
Our team members are all advocates for outdoor recreation and we encourage employees to take time to adventure. Our headquarters is located in the heart of downtown Chico, CA where we have instant access to one of the state's largest parks, Bidwell Park. Our open space floor plan promotes teamwork among employees to plan and execute various gear projects.
On the weekends, team members will be out camping with Winterial gear that they can grab from the office. They always have first dibs on testing out the new gear!
Community
Collaboration in the workplace is key which was our goal in setting up shop in an adventure driven City. Community is everything in our industry and as stewards of the outdoors we are dedicated to giving back in anyway that we can. Winterial is associated with various adventure groups and tied in closely with California State University Chico.
