Returns

We at Marketfleet stand behind our products and believe in providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. For all direct domestic web or telesales we do not charge a restocking fee. Please email CS@marketfleet.com with all return inquiries.

Disclaimers:

Return Authorization (RA) Number Required

All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization Number in order for a prompt refund. Products must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization Number. For all returns we will provide you with non-prepaid shipping labels, hence customers are responsible for covering 100% of the return shipping charges.

30-Day Return Period
You must request a Return Authorization Number for all products within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that we only accept “unused items” that are included in their original packaging. Items that are purchased and put to use are NOT eligible for return due to Buyer’s Remorse.
