GENERAL SITE RETURNS
Winterial accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund for the product at the time of the return, only with a valid proof of purchase and photos of the product if requested. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.
Please reach out through our 'Contact' link at the bottom of the page to get the return process started. Please include your Order Number and reason for return. Return labels for general returns are not provided.

WHAT TO DO WHEN AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you notice damage upon opening the item (concealed damage), then take pictures of the damage, and reach out through our 'Contact' link at the bottom of the page. Carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim, so please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to specify whether you would like a replacement item or would like to return the item for a credit.
WHAT TO DO WHEN A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

WARRANTY: Original order number is required for all warranty claims. Winterial’s One Year Warranty applies only to Winterial’s brand of products and products authorized by Winterial for resale. If a Winterial branded product or accessory fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.
